Ünschi potatoes - earthy good
About 70 to 80 years ago, the slopes of Davos-Klosters were lined with potato fields. An image that now exists only in photographs and the memories of the village elders.

During the Second World War, potatoes were grown here, just like in open fields all over Switzerland, to provide the population with essential food. But times have changed, and today the potatoes that end up on the plates of the mountain community are imported from faraway countries. This doesn't have to be the case.
We dared to experiment and turned the potatoes into "ünschi Potato Crisps". They are the friendly ambassadors of our movement, carrying the story and taste of Davos potatoes beyond the region and into the world - for example, at the WEF to win many more supporters. A crispy treat in sustainable packaging.
