School fields – Growing up in Davos.
Our school project is dedicated to planting and caring for old varieties of potatoes. Students learn all the important steps, from selecting seeds to planting, tending and harvesting. This project not only promotes knowledge about sustainable agriculture and the preservation of old varieties, but also strengthens the sense of responsibility and the practical application of theoretical knowledge.

Aim of the project:
The main aim of this project is to give students a deeper understanding of the importance of biodiversity and sustainable agriculture. By planting old potato varieties, we will help to preserve these valuable genetic resources and promote food diversity.
